ERP Functional Implementation & Consultant : Mid-level position

A mid-level position would require several years of experience in ERP implementation or a similar field. The candidate may have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or information systems. They would be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, training, and documenting the ERP system for the client. They may also provide technical support and resolve issues that arise during and after the implementation. The salary for a mid-level position would be higher than an entry-level position.

Qualification

Expertise & Skill

  1. In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, preferably in one or more ERP software solutions
  2. Familiarity with various modules of an ERP system, including but not limited to financials, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and customer relationship management.
  3. Proficiency in configuring ERP systems, including data mapping, system settings, user roles and permissions, reports and dashboards, and workflows.
  4. Knowledge programming languages to perform data analysis and create custom reports.
  5. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.





Role & Responsibility

  1. Interact with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and pain points.
  2. Analyze clients' current systems and processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Conduct workshops and interviews with clients to gather and document business requirements.
  4. Solution design and configuration:
    1. Translate clients' requirements into functional design specifications and configuration documents.
    2. Configure the ERP system according to the design specifications, including data mapping, system settings, and custom workflows.
    3. Customize reports python programming languages.
  5. Project management
    1. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
    2. Coordinate with other functional consultants to ensure integration with other modules of the ERP system.
  6. Training and support :
    1. Provide end-user training on the configured ERP system.
    2. Create and maintain training documentation and user manuals.

  7. Continuous improvement :
    1. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of the ERP system.
